These terms govern your use of our website and any consulting services provided by Kanig Trade LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Kanig Trade LLC for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.
2. Services
Kanig Trade LLC provides strategic advisory, corporate consulting, and individual coaching services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement will be confirmed in a separate written proposal or statement of work.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are due per the terms outlined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Late payments may accrue interest and suspend ongoing work.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be issued after the service has been provided. Appointment cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Full terms are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
6. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, templates and pre-existing materials of Kanig Trade LLC remain our property. Deliverables created specifically for a client are licensed for that client’s internal use upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanig Trade LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. No Guarantees
While we bring rigor and experience to every engagement, business and career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific financial, career, or business results.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
